Refund and Returns Policy

At Clay Beads Kit, we are committed to delivering the best experience for our customers. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

In order for your return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to initiate the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you find any damages, defects, or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if opened or used. These non-returnable items will be clearly noted on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to exchange for.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
